Mystic's core business is Standard Mail consolidation. Since 2012, Mystic has consistantly delivered
billions of pieces of mail annually out of our Robbinsville, NJ facility.
Drop-Shipping your Standard Mail allows you to achieve a large discount when entering at the NDC level, and an even greater discount when entering at the SCF level, in addition to greater delivery speed.
Co-Pal is a service offering in which qualifying trays of standard mail from multiple jobs and / or clients are combined together
in order to achieve a greater USPS drop-ship discount, and deeper postal penetration. In order to determine what mail job(s), or portion
of a mail job qualifies, the freight must first be evaluated to determine which SCFs and NDCs are allowed. The next step is qualifying
each individual tray's zip code range at the upgraded facility level. The final step is determining whether Co-Pal is a more cost-effective
option than keeping the freight intact, or As-Marked for origin / destination entry.
Mystic simplifies and automates this somewhat cumbersome process with our Amadeus tool. At a processing speed of over 1 million pieces PER SECOND, Amadeus automatically determines which portion of a mail jobs qualifies, and makes sense to include in Co-Pal. It also appropriately updates your mail.dat files with minimal modifications, keeping your palletization 100% intact.
In addition, Mystic is also able to qualify "logical" mail.dat files (the mail.dat from a commingled job) for Co-Pal by identifying all freight associated with the logical grouping and physically keeping those trays together.
Nearly 20% of all standard mail Mystic handles has a targeted In-PO / In-Home delivery window. As such we
have embraced this challenge and re-modeled our load-building / routing philosophy around meeting this requirement. Mystic is
proud of the fact that we deliver our freight an average of 2 days ahead of our published transit days, but with delivery-date-specific (DDS) freight,
being early is not an option.
We've developed database and software systems dedicated specifically around monitoring and managing DDS freight to ensure your critical jobs deliver only when they are allowed to. As a result, we are nearly 100% on time with both standard ASAP mailings, and DDS mailings.

Co-Pal, or 3rd Party Co-Palletization is a program which allows qualifying trays of mail originally marked for NDC or Origin entry to be entered at SCF facilities. Mystic offers a simple, flexible, and dynamic approach to co-pal which allows for qualification of portions of mail jobs, and inclusion of individual pallets into particular pools.
Leveraging Amadeus, we are able to qualify mail jobs for co-pal, and return a quote, a marked mail.dat file, and pallet flags automatically within minutes. This updated mail.dat file would be loaded to PostalOne! for postage payment / verification, and utilized for palletization.
